The Olivet College baseball team lost both games of a non-conference doubleheader at Eastern Michigan University (EMU) tonight at Oestrike Stadium in Ypsilanti. After the Comets took a 4-0 lead in game one, the Eagles scored seven unanswered runs for a 7-4 win. EMU won the nightcap, 4-0.

The Olivet College baseball team was swept by Calvin College in a Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) doubleheader today in Grand Rapids. In the first game, the Comets let an 8-0 lead slip away as the Knights rallied to score nine runs over the final three innings to pull out a 9-8 win. Calvin (10-16, 7-7 MIAA) won the nightcap, 3-0.

The Olivet College baseball team fell to Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) foe Alma College, 2-1, in 12 innings today in Olivet. With the score tied at 2-2 entering the sixth inning, the second game of the doubleheader was suspended because of the darkness.

The Olivet College baseball team split a doubleheader with Albion College this afternoon in Olivet. In the seventh inning of the first game, senior Sean Howard (Charlotte/Potterville) hit a triple to score freshman Matt Smoker (Bronson) with the winning run as the Comets edged the Britons, 8-7. In the nightcap, Albion scored four runs in the 12th inning to beat Olivet, 13-10.

The Olivet College baseball team split a Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) doubleheader with Kalamazoo College this afternoon in Olivet. The Comets lost the first game, 13-3. With two outs in the seventh inning of the nightcap, senior Nate Rann (Laingsburg) ripped a single to score senior Chris Shelhart (Rolling Meadows, Ill./St. Viator) with the winning run as Olivet edged the Hornets, 4-3.
