Brissette tabbed as NWCA D3 Rookie Coach of the Year

Olivet College Head Wrestling Coach Brandon Brissette was named the National Wrestling Coaches Association's (NWCA) Division III Rookie Coach of the Year. Brissette was presented with the award at the conclusion of the NCAA Division III National Championships.

In his first season as head coach, Brissette guided the Comets to an 8-8 overall record. Olivet also finished in third-place at the Mid-States Conference Tournament and the NCAA Midwest Regional.

The award was voted on by the coaches, who attended the national championships.
