| Site: | Broadway Acres Golf Course 2510 Double Bogey Drive Charlotte, MI 48813 (from I-69, take exit 57 and the course is about 1.5 miles from the exit) |
| Time Schedule: | 9:00 a.m. Course Opens 10:55 a.m. National Anthem 11:00 a.m. Men's 8K race 12:00 p.m. Women's 6K race 1:30 p.m. (or sooner) Awards |
| Team Parking: | Buses and vans will be able to park by the clubhouse. We will have signs posted and someone directing buses and vans. |
| Spectator Parking: | Spectators will be directed to park along the dirt road leading into the golf course. We will have cars back in so that it is easier to leave after the meet. Once the road fills up, spectators will be directed to park on W. Broadway Highway and will have to walk to the course. |
| Facilities: | Port-a-Potties will be available at the course for athletes and spectators near the start line. Please do not use the clubhouse restrooms. Concessions will be available in the clubhouse. |
| Athletic Trainers: | There will be a certified athletic trainer at the course. Contact Head Athletic Trainer, Savanna Sutton for specific needs or concerns at SaSutton@uolivet.edu or Garrett Wiggins at GWiggins@uolivet.edu. |
| Entries: | Chuck Block from Michigan Running Foundation is doing the timing. Entries close on Tuesday, October 28 at 5 p.m. Entries are on DirectAthletics. Chuck’s email is chuck@runningfoundation.com. |
| Team Camps/Packets: | Camps are in area near the clubhouse. See the map. Pick up packets in club house. |
