UOlivet trio tabbed to CSC Academic All-District Cross Country/Track & Field Teams
OLIVET, Mich. – Austin Cole, Aubrey Connelly and Brooke Jankwietz from The University of Olivet have named to the 2025-26 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Men's and Women's Cross Country/Track & Field teams.
To be eligible for this honor, the student-athlete must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically, have a 3.50 or higher cumulative and must have a top 50 regional ranking in a single event (indoor or outdoor).
Cole, a criminal justice major, ranked No. 35 in the outdoor shot put (46 feet, 1-1/2 inches). During the year, he also competed in the indoor weight throw and shot put, and outdoor discus throw and hammer throw.
Connelly, a biology major, ranked No. 28 in the outdoor javelin (111 feet, 4 inches) and 400-meter hurdles (1:09.68). Both marks are No. 3 on the UOlivet Top 10 list. She was named to the 2026 All-Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Outdoor Second Team after finishing second in the javelin at the MIAA Field Day.
Jankwietz, a sports and recreation management major, ranked No. 34 outdoors in the shot put (37 feet, 6-3/4 inches) and 45th in the discus (115 feet, 7 inches). She finished third in the shot put at the 2026 MIAA Field Day. Jankwietz also competed in the hammer throw outdoors as well as the shot put and weight throw indoors.
The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes baseball honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA. The Division III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2025-26 Division III Academic All-America® programs.
