Men’s golf team places eighth at MIAA Fall Final

MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – The Olivet College men's golf team placed eighth at the 2021 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Fall Final, hosted by Alma College and played at the Pohlcat Golf Club.

Par / Yardage: 72 / 6,954 yards
- The Comets posted a two-round total of 733 strokes.
- Hope College won the team title by two strokes over Calvin University, 615-617.
- Mark Civanich was the individual medalist, shooting a two-round total of 148 strokes.
- Junior Wes Darrow had Olivet's low two-round score with a 168 (81-87).
- Freshman Connor Jewell was next at 191 (87-94).
- Sophomore Blake McLane completed in his two rounds in 185 (92-93) strokes.
- Sophomore Kaleb Keathley carded a two-day total of 199 (92-107) strokes.
