Badder named MIAA Offensive Player of the Week for men’s lacrosse
Olivet College senior Dakota Badder has been named the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Offensive Player of the Week for men’s lacrosse. This week’s honors are based on the player’s statistics from the start of the season thru games played last Saturday, Feb. 27.
FREELAND, Mich. – Olivet College senior Dakota Badder has been named the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Offensive Player of the Week for men's lacrosse. This week's honors are based on the player's statistics from the start of the season thru games played last Saturday, Feb. 27.
Badder led the Comets with seven points (five goals and two assists) and 13 shots in their season-opening loss Feb. 20 at Oberlin (Ohio) College. He followed that performance with three points (two goals and one assist) in Olivet's 12-10 setback to Concordia (Wis.) University Feb. 27 at the Cutler Athletic Complex in Olivet.
Olivet returns to the field Saturday, at Centre (Ky.) College. Game time is 1 p.m.
