OLIVET, Mich. – The University of Olivet men's soccer team posted a 0-0 draw against Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) foe Trine (Ind.) University today at the Cutler Athletic Complex.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• The Comets recorded two shots-on-goal in the first half but neither found the back of the net.
• A couple minutes into the second half, a shot by senior Braden Abbott sailed just wide of the net at the far post. Near the end of the game, freshman Marcel Jackson's shot went over the cross bar.

FOR THE COMETS

• Olivet totaled 11 shots compared to eight for the Thunder. Both teams tallied three shots-on-goal.
• Abbott recorded a team-high three shots, followed by senior Aidan Reynolds with two.
• Junior goalkeeper Nicholas Van Port Fleet collected three saves in 90 minutes of playing time.
