UOlivet’s Van Port Fleet earns All-MIAA honors
FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. – The University of Olivet junior goalkeeper Nicholas Van Port Fleet has been named to the 2025 All-Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Second Team for men's soccer. All-MIAA honors are based on a player's performance during the seven-game league schedule.
Van Port Fleet started every MIAA game and logged 630 minutes in goal for the Comets. He allowed 12 goals for 1.71 goals against average (GAA). Van Port Fleet made 32 saves (72.7 save percentage).
Over the entire 15-game schedule, Van Port Fleet started 14 games and was in net for nearly 1,119 minutes. He surrendered 27 goals for a 2.17 GAA and collected 55 saves (67.1 save percentage).
