Meisner is 12th in the 200 breaststroke at the 2005 NCAA Championships

Freshman Dustin Meisner (Temperance/Erie Mason) has finished in 12th-place in the 200 breaststroke at the 2005 NCAA Division III Men’s Swimming and Diving Championships. Ironically, he placed 12th in the 100 breaststroke last night.

In tonight’s 200 breaststroke, Meisner was clocked in at 2:05.93, shaving off nearly 1/2 second from his time of 2:06.42 in the morning preliminaries. He was the first Olivet men’s swimmer in school history to compete in a national championships meet.
