OVERALL: Holds the third-best in school history in the 1,650 freestyle (16:38.40).

2012-13: Earned third varsity letter … scored points in each of his three individual events at the MIAA Championships … best finish was eighth in the 1,650 freestyle … also 12th in the 500 free and 13th in the 200 back … posted team’s top time in the 1,000 (10:23.23) and 1,650 (16:47.47) freestyle … second-best in the 500 free (4:52.28) and 200 back (2:04.65).

2011-12: Earned second varsity letter … at the MIAA Championships, placed fifth in the 1,650 free, seventh in the 500 free and 15th in the 200 back … recorded team’s best time in the 500 (4:49.22), 1,000 (10:26.10) and 1,650 (16:38.40).

2010-11: Earned first varsity letter … at the MIAA Championships, finished in eighth-place in the 1,650 free, 13th in the 500 free and 14th in the 400 IM … had team’s second-best times in the 500 (4:53.87), 1,000 (10:27.63) and 1,650 (17:07.00).

OUT OF THE POOL: Member of Gamma Iota Sigma, currently serving as VP of Portfolio after being VP of Community Service from Spring 2012-Spring 2013 … Certified Authority of Workers Compensation designation-property and casualty licensed … named Junior of the Year in spring 2013 and sophomore of the year in spring 2012 for GIS … Dean’s List five semesters.

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned four varsity letters in swimming and diving and two varsity letters in water polo at Jenison High School … 2009-10 All-Conference swimmer and Most Valuable Swimmer … Honor Roll student … member of National Honors Society.
