BATTLE CREEK, Mich. – The Olivet College men's tennis team fell to Manchester (Ind.) University, 6-3, in a non-conference match this afternoon inside the Minges Creek Athletic Club in Battle Creek.

Records: Olivet 3-3 overall, Manchester 2-3 overall
- The Spartans got off to a quick start by winning two of the three doubles flights.
- Manchester then won four-of-six singles flights.
- Picking-up Olivet's win in doubles was the No. 1 tandem of senior Benjamin Morrow and sophomore Sam Vondra, who won an 8-5 pro-set.
- At No. 2 singles, Morrow claimed a 7-5, 7-6 (4) victory.
- At No. 5 singles, sophomore Kjeil Dickinson won the first set 6-4 before his opponent won the second set by a matching 6-4 score. In the match-tiebreaker, the two players traded the first 12 points. After a 6-6 tie, Dickinson won four of next six points for a 10-8 victory.
- The Comets travel to play Albion College Friday afternoon at 5 p.m.
