Men’s tennis team falls to Albion, 8-1

ALBION, Mich. – The Olivet College men's tennis team fell to Albion College, 8-1, in a Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) match this afternoon at the Ungrodt Tennis Center.

Records: Olivet 4-7 overall, 0-3 MIAA; Albion 3-3 overall, 1-1 MIAA

• Since the Comets had only five players, the Britons earned default wins at No. 3 doubles and No. 6 singles. Olivet's lone win came at No. 2 singles.

• Picking-up the Comets' victory was junior Benjamin Morrow who won both sets by matching 6-4 scores.
• Morrow and freshman Trevor Lewis lost 8-4 at No. 1 doubles.

• The Comets travel to Grand Rapids for a match against Calvin University next Wednesday, April 14, beginning at 4 p.m.
