Men’s Tennis: Olivet closes out season with 5-2 loss at Concordia Ann Arbor

ANN ARBOR, Mich. – The University of Olivet men's tennis team ended its 2023-24 season with a 5-2 loss to Concordia University Ann Arbor in a non-conference match this afternoon at the Liberty Athletic Club.

• Concordia-Ann Arbor is an NAIA school, so its scoring rules were used for the match. In addition, the Cardinals had only five players. Concordia-Ann Arbor earned wins in the two contested doubles matches to pick-up one team point. The Cardinals had wins in four of the five contested singles matches.

• Freshman Lucas Anderson won a thrilling 7-5, 6-3 match at No. 1 singles.
• Freshman Josh Moore lost in three sets, 6-2, 1-6, 6-1, at No. 4 singles.
• Sophomore Ryan Ganger battled in a 6-4, 6-3 defeat at No. 5 singles.
• Freshman Austin Whitney picked-up the default win at No. 6 singles.
