OLIVET, Mich. – Five Olivet College student-athletes have been named to the 2023 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Cross Country/Track & Field Teams. The honorees are Hayden Germain and Chase Mendham from the men’s team, and London Eldridge, Gabby Jolliff and Emily Norkowski from the women’s team. They are now eligible to earn CSC Academic All-America® honors, where first-, second- and third-teams will be announced on June 28 (women) and June 29 (men).

OLIVET, Mich. – Senior Jordon Brown was second in the long jump and qualified for the finals in two events to lead the Olivet College men’s track and field team at day one of the 2023 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Field Day. ADRIAN, Mich. – Led by senior Jordon Brown, the Olivet College men’s track and field team participated in the Siena Heights University / Don Kleinow Memorial Invitational today at O’Laughlin Stadium.
ALBION, Mich. – Five individual event winners helped the Olivet College men’s track and field team score 193 points and finish in second at the 2023 Albion College Triangular today at Sprankle-Sprandel Stadium. The Comets competed against the host Britons and Alma College.
OLIVET, Mich. – Three school records were broken, as the Olivet College men’s and women’s indoor track & field teams competed at two NCAA Final Qualifier meets – one at Wartburg (Iowa) College and the second at Ohio Northern University. Jordon Brown broke the school record in the 200- and 400-meter dashes and Gabby Jolliff set the school record in the pole vault.
ANGOLA, Ind. – Led by senior Jordon Brown, the Olivet College men’s indoor track and field team finished in fifth-place at the 2023 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Championship. Trine (Ind.) University hosted the championship at the Keith E. Busse/Steel Dynamics Athletic and Recreation Center. The Comets recorded 62 points. Trine won the MIAA Championship with 156 points.
