Olivet College’s Campbell named to D3hoops.com Team of the Week

OLIVET, Mich. – Olivet College junior point guard Kelsey Campbell (Olivet) was one of five players to be named to the D3hoops.com Team of the Week, presented by Scoutware, for the week of Jan. 28-Feb. 3, 2013.
Each week during the college basketball season, D3hoops.com staff selects five players for the honor. For last week's team, Campbell was joined by Emily Savino, a guard from Western New England (Mass.) University; Beth Switzler, a forward/guard from John Carroll (Ohio) University; Kate McDonald, a forward from Juniata (Pa.) College; and Colleen Moriarty, a forward from University of Mass. Dartmouth.
Campbell broke a school and conference record with 16 assists against Alma College Jan. 30. She then recorded the first known triple-double in school history with 15 rebounds, 11 assists and 10 rebounds against Kalamazoo College Feb. 2.
Olivet (15-8) will travel to play Calvin College Saturday afternoon at 3 p.m.
