Lady golfers finish in fifth-place at MIAA Jamboree #3
The Olivet College women's golf team finished in fifth-place today at the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Jamboree #3 at the Lenawee Golf Course in Adrian.

The Lady Comets carded a team score of 397 strokes. They finished ahead of Calvin with 400 and Kalamazoo with 412. Alma was just ahead of Olivet with 374 strokes.
Freshman Kristy Latimer (Battle Creek/Harper Creek High School) tied for eight-place individually with an 89. After the individual three league jamborees, Latimer has a 90.3 stroke average.
Following Latimer were sophomore Katie Edick (Charlotte High School) with a 96, freshman Lindsay Struble (Battle Creek/Harper Creek High School) with a 105, both sophomore Wendy Mickelwait (Middleville/Thornapple Kellogg High School) and freshman Stephanie Nicolai (Shelbyville/Wayland Union High School) with a 107 and freshman Amanda London (Marshall High School) with a 116.
Olivet is next in action on Sunday afternoon when it participates in the Baldwin-Wallace (Ohio) College Yellow Jacket Invitational at the Big Met Golf Course in Fairview Park, Ohio.
