Women’s Golf: Olivet places seventh at Trine Kick-Off Classic

ANGOLA, Ind. – The University of Olivet women's golf team started the 2023-24 season by placing seventh at the Trine University Kick-Off Classic this afternoon at the Zollner Golf Course in Angola, Indiana.

• The Comets carded a 368 team score.
• Grace (Ind.) College took first-place with a 323.
• Grace Dubec from Trine, Grace May from Grace and Morgan Yates from Alma College each shared medalist honors with matching four-over par 76s.

• Junior Rylee Honsowitz completed her round in 88 strokes to tie for 22nd-place of 86 golfers.
• Senior Rayna Honsowitz and sophomore Ella LaMothe were a stroke behind with 89s.
• Sophomore Sedona Bonter had a 102.
• Freshman Breanna Ramos made her collegiate debut and totaled 118 strokes.
