The Olivet College wrestling team defeated Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, 35-9, on Friday night in Terre Haute, Indiana.

Leading the way for the Fighting Comets were sophomore 133-pounder Robert Dodson (Elsie/Ovid-Elsie High School) and junior heavyweight Ryan Tiseo (Washington Romeo High School), who won by pin. Dodson pinned his opponent in 1:27 and Tiseo also won with a first period fall in 1:40.
Sophomore 165-pounder Mike Andrews (Swartz Creek High School) won with a 16-1 technical fall. Freshman 125-pounder Jason Brandt (Sterling Heights/Henry Ford II) won by forfeit.
In addition, freshman 141-pounder Enrique Garcia (Westland/ John Glenn High School), sophomore 149-pounder Ken Andrews (Swartz Creek High School) and junior 157-pounder Tyler Hubert (Grand Ledge High School) all won by major decision.
Olivet is now idle until it participates in the Citrus Duals in Fla. on Dec. 28.
