Women’s tennis team defeated by Saint Mary’s

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. – The Olivet College women's tennis teams fell to Saint Mary's (Ind.) College, 9-0, today outside at the Harper Creek High School Tennis Courts in Battle Creek.

FOR THE COMETS

• Olivet's point came at the No. 1 doubles position, where juniors Maddy Drikakis and BreAnne Rudlaff won an 8-5 pro-set.
• Rudlaff also had the best singles match for the Comets. After losing the first set 6-4, she bounced back to win the second set, 6-1. Her opponent came back to win the deciding set, 6-1.

UP NEXT                         

• The Comets are now off until Saturday, April 15 when they host Alma College at 1 p.m. Weather permitting, the match will also be played at Harper Creek.
