Lewis chosen MIAA Women’s Tennis Athlete of the Week

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. – The University of Olivet sophomore Rylee Lewis has been selected as the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Women's Tennis Athlete of the Week.
Lewis won both her singles and doubles matches to help the Comets sweep Manchester (Ind.) University, 7-0, in their first match of the spring season. At No. 1 singles, she coasted to a 6-3, 6-0 win. At No. 1 doubles, she teamed with Amelia Girard for a 6-2 win.
The Comets are back in action Saturday when they host Grace Christian University. The match will take place indoors at the Minges Creek Athletic Club.
