UOlivet loses 7-0 at Saint Mary’s

NOTRE DAME, Ind. – The University of Olivet women's tennis team suffered a 7-0 loss to Saint Mary's (Ind.) College in a Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association match this afternoon at the SMC Tennis Courts.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• The Belles picked-up the doubles point via wins at each of the three flights. Saint Mary's won all of the six singles flights in straight sets.

FOR THE COMETS

• In doubles, the No. 2 duo of freshman Brianna Bentz and sophomore Amelia Girard won the most games in a 6-2 loss.
• In singles, freshman Veronica Neahusan lost 6-3, 6-0 at the No. 4 slot to win the most games for Olivet.

• The Comets are idle until next Tuesday, April 7, when they travel to play Calvin University at 4 p.m.
