Five Olivet College teams receive MIAA team GPA award

Five Olivet College teams have received the 2007-08 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) team GPA award. This award is presented to conference teams who achieve a 3.300 or better grade point average for the entire academic year.

Leading the way for the Comets was the women's swimming and diving team with a 3.460 GPA, who is receiving the honor for the fifth straight season. The women's golf team had a 3.402 GPA, followed by the women's basketball team with a 3.386 GPA, the volleyball team with a 3.340 GPA and the women's cross country team with a 3.331 GPA.
