OLIVET, Mich. – The Olivet College women's volleyball team ended the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) portion of its schedule this evening with a three-set loss to nationally-ranked Hope College inside the Cutler Event Center.
Final Score: Hope defeated Olivet 25-11, 25-12, 25-15

Records: Olivet 8-13 overall, 2-6 MIAA; Hope 21-3 overall, 7-0 MIAA
- Sophomore Olivia DuFore topped Olivet with five kills.
- Junior Kennedy Blackburn and freshman Madison Johnson split time at the setter position and finished with six and five assists, respectively.
- Senior Drue Mullin finished with a team-leading 15 digs.
- McKenna Otto, Molly Ligon and Charlotte Brecht tallied eight kills apiece.
- Ana Grunewald had seven kills.
- Tracy Westra dished out 36 set assists.
- Maggie Wehrmeyer notched a match-best 20 digs.
- Olivet travels to Wilmington, Ohio, for a non-conference triangular Saturday afternoon. The Comets face John Carroll (Ohio) University at 2 p.m., followed by a match against the host Quakers.
