Cross country teams end season at NCAA Regional Meet

The Olivet College cross country teams ended their 2004 season by running at the NCAA Division III Regional Meet hosted by Alma College.

All five Olivet runners posted season-best times. Three-of-the five turned in lifetime best performances.

In the women's six-kilometer race, junior Andrea Mroczek (Marlette) ran a lifetime best time of 24:39.3. Junior Rachel Strelecki (Sterling/Standish-Sterling) also posted a lifetime best in 24:59.4.

In the men's 8K race, junior Derrick Bean (Quincy) had a lifetime best time of 28:32.3. Seniors Kevin Kreh (Kinde/Huron) and Chad Kaiser (Lachine/Alpena) ran season-best times of 29:52.6 and 30:27.5, respectively.
