Women's cross country team earns USTFCCCA All-Academic honors
The Olivet College women's cross country team has been named to the 2012 United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-Academic Team.
OLIVET, Mich. – The Olivet College women's cross country team has been named to the 2012 United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-Academic Team.
To receive this honor, teams must have had a cumulative team grade point average (GPA) of 3.10 or better. Coached by Karen Lutzke, the Comets posted a 3.25 cumulative GPA. In addition, Olivet is receiving this award for the second straight year.
Members of the 2012 women's cross country team were Hayley Drummond (Williamston), Lane Duckworth (Bellevue), Megan LaForge (Williamston), Charlene MacKenzie (Albion), Danielle Marsh (Battle Creek/Harper Creek), Susie Quint (Lake Odessa/Lakewood), Crystal Ramon (Marshall) and Courtney Reed (Battle Creek/Lakeview).
