FREELAND, Mich. – One hundred thirty-one (131) Olivet College student-athletes have made the grade and landed on the 2021-22 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Academic Honor Roll.
FREELAND, Mich. – Ten Olivet College athletic teams are recipients of the 2021-22 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Team GPA award. This award is presented annually to the conference teams who post a 3.30 or higher cumulative grade point average for the entire academic year.
NEW ORLEANS, La. – The Olivet College men’s and women’s cross country team have earned United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic Team honors for the 2021 fall semester.
SHELBYVILLE, Ind. – The Olivet College women’s cross country team placed 31st (of 37 schools) at the 2021 NCAA Division III Great Lakes Regional, hosted by Franklin (Ind.) College and run at the Blue River Course.
NOTRE DAME, Ind. – The Olivet College women’s cross country team finished in eighth-place at the 2021 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Championship. The race took place at Saint Mary’s (Ind.) College.
OBERLIN, Ohio – The Olivet College men’s and women’s cross country teams finished in 30th-place at the 2021 Inter-Regional Rumble, hosted by Oberlin (Ohio) College.
LANSING, Mich. – The Olivet College men’s and women’s cross country teams competed today at the 2021 Lansing Community College Invitational, run at Grand Woods Park. The men’s team finished eighth of 22 schools, while the women’s team was 12th of 19 schools. The field was comprised of schools from all NCAA, NAIA and NJCAA levels.
EAST LANSING, Mich. – The Olivet College men’s and women’s cross country teams ran this morning at the 2021 Michigan State University Spartan Invitational, held at the Forest Akers East Golf Course. The women’s team placed 19th, and the men did not have enough runners to post a team score.
CHARLOTTE, Mich. – The Olivet College women’s cross country team hosted a season-opening meet, the Comet Open, today at the Broadway Acres Golf Course in nearby Charlotte. The unscored meet featured the Comets along with Adrian College, Albion College, Great Lakes Christian College, Hope College, Jackson College, Kellogg Community College and Lansing Community College.
