The Olivet College women’s swimming and diving team moved into third-place after day two of the 2006 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Championships at Jenison High School. The Comets have tallied 239 points.
The Olivet College women’s swimming and diving team captured the team title at the University of Chicago Invitational held Jan. 13-14 at the Myers-McLoraine Pool in Chicago. In the seven-team field, Olivet tallied 1,167.5 points to finish 258.5 points ahead of the host Maroons.
The Olivet College women’s swimming and diving team swept a double dual with non-conference foes Hillsdale College and Ohio Northern University today in Hillsdale. The Comets beat the host Chargers, 62-51, and routed Ohio Northern, 95-18.
